Shohei Ohtani’s three-run blast in the second inning gave the Los Angeles Dodgers a commanding 4–0 lead, but Milwaukee’s persistent offense chipped away and ultimately overtook the Dodgers for a 6–4 win in this October 15 postseason contest.

The Brewers erased the early deficit with a series of timely hits and power. Jake Bauers sparked the rally with a ground-rule double that drove in two runs in the fourth inning. David Hamilton followed with a two-run homer in the fifth, narrowing the gap to 4–3. Garrett Mitchell’s solo home run in the sixth put Milwaukee ahead for the first time, and Hamilton added a clutch solo shot in the ninth to seal the victory.

On the mound for Los Angeles, Tyler Glasnow pitched 4⅓ innings, striking out six while allowing three hits and four earned runs. His effort kept the Dodgers within striking distance but was undermined by Milwaukee’s late-game power.

Milwaukee’s pitching staff limited the Dodgers after the early outburst. Dustin May allowed three runs and one homer over three innings, while Aaron Ashby delivered three scoreless innings with three strikeouts. Edwin Diaz pitched three innings for Los Angeles, surrendering one run and a solo homer.

Kyle Tucker contributed two hits and scored once, and Andy Pages added two hits and an RBI for the Dodgers, but their efforts couldn’t overcome Milwaukee’s comeback. The Brewers’ combination of clutch hitting and resilient pitching turned a four-run deficit into a win, demonstrating the challenge of maintaining an early lead in the postseason.
